She might have used that image she created in photoshop minus the active links in the header. And then used it as a background in the top section of Squarespace. But not entirely sure either

I would double check that the testimonial font is assigned to the same heading you have the custom font on. Go to the styles>fonts>assign fonts>List Section>Title. You can set it to whichever heading you have the custom font assigned to. That should solve it but if it's still not showing up, you might need to go a more specific route and use the selector ID to identify that title in CSS and assign it the custom font.

The Squarespace Circle forum is a great place to get your tech issues solved. If you've designed at least 3 sites you can get into the forum.

Not sure what you mean. Easy for a website designer or easy for the average person? Square space is definitely easy to customize for the average user. The new fluid engine update makes things so much better for customizing.

That is a good question that I would look to Canva for. I design websites on Squarespace or Showit so I have not seen how Canva websites work.

@@YetisPlace Ahh gotcha. So UA-cam thumbnails are a little different than your main branding. A lot relies on standing out on this platform amongst the sea of competition. You'll want to check out the top UA-cam channels in your niche and see what they are doing to stand out. You want to make sure your thumbnail is easy to read in small format, so only a few words. Easy to read font, usually a bold sans serif. They need to show an emotion, i.e. cute, shocking, surpise, sentimental, love, funny etc.
